Our Mission
A Call to Prayer for Santa Barbara
The Santa Barbara House of Prayer was established in 2011 in an old bar in downtown at the corner of Paseo Nuevo,
De la Guerra and State Street.
The vision of the SBHOP ministry is to create a place in the heart of Santa Barbara where people can encounter the presence of God and intercede for the city and region through prayer, worship, and the operation of the Holy Spirit.
Although SBHOP is not affiliated with the International House of Prayer in Kansas City or any other House of Prayer, we are excited to be a part of the growing prayer movement.
